The Capital of Cool look amazing, style great shoots, and make weird videos for chopped and screwed South African witch house bands. They are a four-strong styling, blogging, photography, and video directing crew, consisting of the two best friends in the shoot—Rha Rha Nembahrd, who is from South Africa but whose family now lives in Bangkok, where she spends her time when she's not in London, her brother Jordan Lee, who lives in Thailand full-time, and sometimes blue-haired Ethiopian, Zandile Nkomo, whose South African boyfriend Petite Noir is the music-maker in The Capital of Cool. We discovered them when they sent us the best list of shoot suggestions we've ever seen and just being in their presence made me feel more 21st century than Louis Vuitton in Lagos, Islamic terrorism in China, or hip-hop in Mumbai.
