One of the best things about Carri Mundane's Cassette Playa label is that she's always made a massive deal about technology and futurism, so it's always been possible to like it on a non materialist level. Beyond, "Oooh I like that t-shirt," or, "I want that hoodie because it will enable me to pull hotter chicks," or whatever.

This season she's not even showing clothes, but instead has had a specially programmed Japanese-style photo booth set up so London Fashion Week attendees can have a gif made with all the weird computer game, psy-trance and Aztec-style imagery found all over Cassette Playa's stuff. For a moment it feels like you've entered the alternate universe she's trying to build and convince us all to live in.
